All the talk contributions at the 2K1BC Workshop will be published on a Proceedings booklet by .

We reserve 5 pages for 15 minutes talk Contributors, 8 pages for 30 minutes talk Contributors and 3 pages for Poster Contributors.
Please make every effort to keep within the following page limits!

Color figures/photos, if necessary, should be charged to the authors directly. In this case the AIP will need the author's full contact information. If the author's institution requires it, a purchase order should also be submitted.

The Contributors are invited to observe the deadlines for submitting their camera ready works. Everybody is happy when the Proceedings volume is published a short time after the Workshop!.

Proceedings will be published in a 8.5 X 11 inch volume single column format. See AIP instructions for all details. Anyway at the Workshop, in your attendance kit, you have found copy of the Instruction booklet for the preparation of Camera Ready Manuscript.

Each paper must be submitted together with a signed Transfer of Copyright Agreement Form (TCA). If you should forget to hand in the TCA at Workshop, please download now the form, fill it in and send it to the 2K1BC Workshop Secretary.

Send your contribute before September 15^th :

1. by Express Courier
(1 quality laser printout and 1 duplicate copy of your manuscript) to:

2. as attachment (postscript file) of e-mail to 2K1BC@roma1.infn.it;

3. by ftp to:

and then issue the commands to create your own folder:

ftp> mkdir yourlastname_firstinitial
ftp> cd yourlastname_firstinitial
ftp> put yourfilename.ps
ftp> quit
