Please complete there your Workshop frequency position (fee payment) and take your Attendance Kit.
The ROS desk should be considered the Workshop Meeting point: partecipants messages exchange, info-point, planning fun events for accompayning persons...

All the talks of the Workshop will be held at the Cinema des Guides (Via Carrel). The official language is English.
The coffee breaks will be served at the Hostellerie des Guides, just above the Cinema;
remember to wear the Workshop badge at all times!
